George Vestey, Chief Executive Officer, is the third son of Edmund and Anne Vestey. He joined the family business in the late 80s as a trainee butcher, progressed through managerial roles in retail butchery in Australia and the UK, and returned in 2006 as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Vestey Holdings since 2010.

Helen Ford, Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 20 years of international commercial experience across the UK, EU, Middle East, China, Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent and United States. She joined Vestey Holdings in 2022 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2025, with responsibility for people strategy, communities, and marketing and communications.

Colin Copland, Executive Director, joined Vestey Holdings in 2003 and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2006. Since April 2024 he has been Executive Director with responsibility for the Fine Foods businesses on a part-time basis.

Sir James Wates CBE, Chairman, is a Board Director of the Wates Group, having served as Chairman from 2013 to 2023. He is Chairman of the Rugby Football Union and has held numerous other chairmanships across business and construction bodies.

Amanda Line, Non-Executive Director, has broad international business experience across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, including founding a financial training business in Singapore and establishing the Middle East office of the ICAEW. She was a partner at PwC until her retirement in June 2023.

Robin Vestey is the fourth and youngest son of Edmund and Anne Vestey. He joined the family business in the 1980s, working across cold storage, transport and shipping, later studying agriculture and becoming involved in farming activities in Brazil and Venezuela. He became a Non-Executive Director in 2004 and chairs the family council.
